More recently, I’ve expanded my practice online and work with people throughout Ontario using a secure video platform. If you prefer in-person, my comfortable office is in the East End of Toronto. Even if you’re local, you may prefer online counselling sessions as there can be several benefits, one being counselling in the comfort of your own home. The choice is yours!

Rate for 1-1 Therapy is $180 per hour. Sliding scale is available.

From Anxiety to Freedom Group

 

This 5 week Group gives you specific proven techniques that are effective in aiding recovery from anxiety and panic attacks.  These techniques include breathwork and mindfulness meditation.  Week 4 and 5 will introduce you to techniques with which to create the happy and peaceful life you deserve. 

The From Anxiety to Freedom Group is $150 for all 5 weeks.  Each class is 1 hour.  Find out about when the next group starts in your free consult.

Circle of Care On Call Help

 

I created this unique way of helping my clients after I realized how effective it is to be able to get help when you need it without worrying about extra cost when recovering from anxiety. 

In the Circle of Care  option, you pay a monthly flat fee and you receive weekly one hour therapy sessions, entry into the From Anxiety to Freedom Group and access to me via email or phone any time you like.  Share your thoughts and feelings with me and I will be there for you, listening and reminding you of the techniques and tools that will help you feel more comfortable.

The Circle of Care option has a value of $1000 but I offer it for a $790 (plus hst) flat monthly fee.
